These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between cv999mana and every player who accesses or uses the platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on cv999mana, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in this document. Eligibility & Age Requirement
Access to and use of the cv999mana Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

Age Verification
cv999mana takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously. As part of the account registration and KYC process, all Players are required to provide documentary evidence of their age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Player
Each individual natural person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the cv999mana Platform at any given time. If cv999mana detects that a Player holds duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all but the earliest-created account, void any winnings or bonuses generated on secondary accounts, and retain deposited funds on secondary accounts pending a full investigation.
Accurate Information
Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including a false date of birth for the purpose of circumventing the 18+ age requirement — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
Account Security Obligations
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with their cv999mana account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. cv999mana will not be liable for any losses — whether financial or otherwise — resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cv999mana's support team immediately via the email address displayed in the footer of this page. cv999mana will take reasonable steps to secure the account following such notification, but cannot guarantee recovery of any funds lost prior to the notification being received.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
cv999mana reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Player at any time. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at the point of registration, upon reaching specified transaction thresholds, or at any other time at cv999mana's reasonable discretion. Required documents typically include: a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number), and in some cases proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by cv999mana may result in account suspension.

All balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and all transaction amounts referenced on the Platform are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Accepted Deposit Methods

Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Players with accounts subject to self-imposed deposit limits (set via the responsible gaming tools) will not be able to deposit amounts exceeding those limits regardless of the method used.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification are processed by cv999mana within 15 to 30 minutes in the majority of cases, subject to the following conditions:
- The withdrawal is to a payment method that matches the name and identity on the Player's verified cv999mana account.
- The Player has not triggered any withdrawal review flag (e.g., by meeting a large win threshold or exhibiting unusual account activity).

Anti-Money Laundering
cv999mana is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity. Deposits must be funded from payment methods owned and operated by the Player in their own name. cv999mana reserves the right to request additional documentation where a transaction pattern raises concern, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Funds that cv999mana reasonably suspects represent proceeds of criminal activity will be frozen and may be forfeited.
Inactive Account Fees
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cv999mana reserves the right to levy a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 BDT on inactive accounts. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied and are encouraged to contact support or withdraw their remaining balance before the inactive account fee schedule commences.
Bonuses & Promotions

All such offers are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms below and any offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Players aged 18 and above only. cv999mana reserves the right to decline or withdraw any bonus offer from any Player at its sole discretion.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each offer will be stated clearly at the point of the offer.

Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and any winnings derived from them forfeited, and their account may be suspended or permanently closed.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the cv999mana Platform, across all product categories including sports betting, live casino, slots, Andar Bahar, and crash games such as Ocean Phoenix.
Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on cv999mana are subject to the odds and terms displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets accepted in error — including bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error — may be voided by cv999mana at its discretion, and the staked amount will be returned to the Player's wallet. cv999mana reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market at any time without prior notice. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event; bets placed before a suspension are honoured at the odds recorded at the time of placement.

Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated. cv999mana's records of game outcomes and transaction data shall, in the absence of clear technical error, be treated as the authoritative record for the purpose of resolving disputes.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the cv999mana Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will subject the Player to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity or payment information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or unauthorised payment method to fund an account.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that represent the proceeds of any criminal activity, or structuring transactions to avoid detection obligations.
- Collusion: Working in coordination with one or more other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including at live dealer tables.
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted tools, or any other automated software to place bets, interact with games, or perform any Platform function that would normally require human input.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, miscalculated odds, or payment processing fault to generate winnings or credits that would not be available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error will be voided and reclaimed.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one cv999mana account for any purpose, including to claim welcome bonuses on a second account or to circumvent a previous account closure or self-exclusion.
- Underage Access: Attempting to register or use the Platform by any person under the age of 18, or by any adult on behalf of a person under the age of 18.

Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
Any Player may request the permanent closure of their cv999mana account at any time by contacting the support team via the email address shown in the footer of this page. Closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Before a closure is finalised, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements being satisfied.
Voluntary Self-Exclusion

- cv999mana has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity involving the account.
- The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe despite being requested to do so.

- The Player's account has been determined to be a duplicate of an existing account.
Where an account is closed by cv999mana due to a Player's breach of these Terms, cv999mana reserves the right to retain the full account balance (including both deposited funds and winnings) where those funds are connected to the breach in question — for example, where they represent winnings from bonus abuse, fraud, or exploitation of a software error. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player in the same manner as a voluntary closure.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv999mana's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Player's use of the Platform, or any game or betting activity conducted thereon, shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player into their cv999mana account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cv999mana shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss, even if cv999mana was advised of the possibility of such loss:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
- Loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation;
- Indirect, special, or consequential losses of any kind;
- Losses arising from network outages, payment system failures outside cv999mana's direct control, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or pandemic;
- Losses resulting from a Player's own failure to maintain account security, including losses arising from unauthorised access enabled by the Player sharing their credentials;
- Gambling losses resulting from a Player's free and voluntary decision to place bets or wagers on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted to exclude or limit cv999mana's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cv999mana does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While cv999mana makes every reasonable effort to maintain Platform availability, scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary downtime. cv999mana will endeavour to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
Amendments to These Terms
cv999mana reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to the Platform's products or services, changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements, responses to industry best practice developments, or for any other reason at cv999mana's reasonable discretion.
When material changes are made to these Terms, cv999mana will provide Players with reasonable notice via one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed prominently on the Platform upon login, an email notification to the address registered on the Player's account, or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will be updated in the Effective Date field at the top of this document.
By continuing to use the cv999mana Platform after the effective date of any amendment, a Player is deemed to have accepted and agreed to the revised Terms in their entirety. If a Player does not agree to an amendment, their sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms, at which point any remaining real-money balance will be returned to them via their registered withdrawal method.
